Standard Leveller / Straighteners
Atkin Automation provides a range of light, medium, and heavy-duty straighteners to remove the ‘set’ in coiled steel strip. The standard strip thickness ranges between 0.3mm and 8mm and the width can go up to 2,000mm.
Straighteners are available in a standard range and are available in widths of 50, 150, 300, 450, 600, 800, 1,000, 1,250, 1,500 and 2,000mm. They can process a wide variety of materials and are designed to be a cost-effective, robust and an extremely reliable.

These straighteners are designed for bespoke applications covering special alloys, thicker materials, high-speed applications, and tighter flatness tolerances.
